Enrique is Managing Director and Principal Architect at Evolutionary Solarium Vita in Mexico.
He has 17 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. He graduated in Architecture and started his career as an Architect. Quickly he evolved in all other areas of the real estate industry.
The range of projects includes private residential homes, condos, multi-family apartment buildings, commercial & retail buildings, and industrial facilities.
Today he is running all aspects of a construction and remodeling business in Mexico, in the areas of Queretaro, San Pancho, Sayulita, Punta Mita, and Lo de Marcos.
Alejandro Martinez, Civil Engineer.
Alejandro Martinez
Alejandro Martinez, a graduate Civil Engineer with an additional MBA in Construction Administration.
With 12 years of experience has worked in some of the most important projects building private homes, in Mexico City and Queretaro. He has managed the process and financial budget of these projects.
Today, Alejandro is a permanent resident of San Pancho, in the State of Nayarit Mexico, leading and managing the building process and financial budgets of building projects, in the areas north of Puerto Vallarta; in Punta Mita, Sayulita, San Francisco (San Pancho) and Lo de Marcos.
Mayra Martinez, Interior Designer, Decorator, Purchasing
Mayra has unique and eclectic Interior Designer experience, with 20 years hands-on design and decoration applications.
The Interior Design choices combine aesthetics along with practical functionality with the objective of maximizing the decorative value and quality.
